These Terms of Service govern your use of IntentLoom. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
IntentLoom provides software that helps users discover and evaluate Reddit opportunities, including AI-assisted analysis and related workflow tools. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed through our payment provider and may renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from billing settings or the provider portal. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase or as part of the refund policy described in Section 5.
5. Refunds
We absolutely believe in the value of our tool, and in most cases one new customer can pay for your subscription. We do not offer a free trial. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can request a refund within 7 days of a new subscription. To request a refund, email us at [email protected].
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service lawfully and must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems. You are also responsible for complying with Reddit terms, subreddit rules, and applicable marketing laws when acting on insights from the service.
7. AI Output and User Responsibility
AI-generated scores or drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing or acting on it.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, software, branding, and related content are owned by IntentLoom or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may depend on or link to third-party services (for example, hosting, authentication, payment, or external platforms). We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, or behavior.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentLoom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
